If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you. We allow exchanges for the same item only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at within seven days of receiving your shipment.

Please note that items must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached and protective wrap still on product and received by Ghost Pickleball within 7 days of return authorization. An exchange will require the customer to provide payment for shipping the exchanged product back.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned items and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand that items may not be returned or exchanged in person at The Ghost Pickleball Shop or events.

If there is a defect with your item, we will fully exchange it and cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after submission. However, if your order has not shipped within 14 days, you can reach out to our customer service team to request a cancellation.
